We are delighted to extend our warm invitation to you to participate in the upcoming China Import and Export Fair, widely known as the Canton Fair, held biannually in the vibrant city of Guangzhou. Organized jointly by the Ministry of Commerce and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, and managed by the China Foreign Trade Centre, the Canton Fair stands as the longest-standing, largest-scale, and most comprehensive international trade event in China.
1. Offline Exhibition
Dates:
The fair is divided into three phases, each spanning five days, with intervals for exchange between phases:
- Phase 1: April 15th – 19th, 2024
- Phase 2: April 23rd – 27th, 2024
- Phase 3: May 1st – 5th, 2024
- Interval: April 20th – 22nd, 2024; April 28th – 30th, 2024
- Business Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM daily
Exhibition Scale:
The exhibition covers the entirety of Zones A, B, C, and D of the Canton Fair Complex, spanning an area of 1.55 million square meters, with nearly 74,000 booths.
- Phase 1: Electronic and Information Products, Household Appliances, Lighting Products, Machinery, Power Equipment, Agricultural Machinery, Hardware, Tools.
- Phase 2: Ceramics, Home Decor, Kitchenware, Gifts, Glass Crafts, Building Materials, Furniture.
- Phase 3: Textiles, Apparel, Sports and Leisure Products, Food, Medical and Health Care Products, Pet Supplies, Personal Care Products, Office Supplies, Toys.
2. Online Exhibition
Service Duration:
March 16th – September 15th, 2024 (6 months)
- Pre-Exhibition Period (March 16th – April 14th, 2024): Enterprises can upload and have their exhibition information reviewed. Visitors can browse the approved exhibitors’ products for early planning.
- Full Functionality Period (April 15th – May 5th, 2024): All functions are available 24/7.
- Normal Operation Period (May 6th – September 15th, 2024): Except for exhibitor connections and appointment scheduling, all other functions remain accessible.
